Plenty of trash bags & paper towels. Coffee included! Bring your own soaps & shampoos though. Key pad door lock was challenging for us, but we worked it out with the property manager. "Enjoyed the property except the 3rd bedroom was not a fit for our group. 80 year olds that need more privacy than walking through the adjoining bedroom. Also too difficult as the beds were against the wall so you would have to climb over each other. One of the couples opted to go get a hotel room."

"This property was exactly as described. Maybe even a little better. Location is nearly perfect, right off the dunes. The indoor pool was HUGE and super warm. Kids were in all weekend and had so much fun. We loved this place and would definitely stay again. Only downside is you have to go to the agency to pick up and drop off keys. It’s not too far away but a lockbox would be SO much easier."

"This was the 2nd time we rented the house with friends within about 1 year. The experience was the same both time. The location and the beach is great. The ocean is cold, but that is usual here. The 2 biggest problems that I noticed during the stays are the following: -the faucets are old and when anybody opens the hot water anywhere in the house the shower temp drastically and suddenly changes (ei: super hot - super cold).
