"We recently hosted a small graduation celebration on the houseboat, and it was perfect! The boat is beautifully maintained and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Being right on the river added a unique and special touch which everyone enjoyed. The living spaces were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. "We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service."

Great Stay - Great Service
"I was in town for a work event the following day that was being held at the Roane State Community College. Staff were upbeat and welcoming during check in. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool which was quite nice. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. There was plenty of parking and the location is in a convenient area with many things nearby. "
