"My husband, my daughter and her little family all stayed here and it was perfect! The cabin was perfectly clean. The property is beautiful! We enjoyed a little fishing in the pond, a walk in the woods, we played for hole, tether ball, and hot tubbed! It was the perfect little vacation just outside of Knoxville! "You get more for the cost compared to other places I've stayed, parking in the garage for me is a plus in view of safety, The only thing I suggest for any traveling to this location in a full size truck with 2 wheel drive in dry weather my truck experienced a little spinning climbing the incline driveway and the front entrance and decks can use a little cleaning prior to guest arriving. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it."

"Went to Knoxville to watch my grandson pitch for the VOLS. The location of cabin to stadium easy to find and only 10 miles away. Took many walks on the property with our dogs. Felt like home. I’m sure we will be back again next year. The hosts to the property were extremely wonderful."

"My wife and our 3 grand kids stayed here for our trip to Kentucky and Tennessee. What an absolute gem, the hosts couldn't be any better!! Easy check in, answered our questions and were extremely prompt!! The rental was more than we could have hoped for as well the hosts. My wife and I are hoping to go back for a full week (if not two) and just enjoy what there is to offer there. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and hope to be back in the future!!"

"Location is good with easy access to trails 26 and 27. This place is bare bones. Pretty much pack for camping and expect a roof, beds, a mini fridge and running water. Outside grill is small and ours was layered with bacteria from sitting all winter with food in it. I sent a picture and got a response back of “we are sorry.” That’s fine, but we brought stuff to grill and had to change plans due to this. Overall it was a good stay and the location next to the river is really nice."

"The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours....

"This home is perfect for families! Game room excellent. Loved the fire pit. Dock INCREDIBLE. Loved getting to use the kayaks, an added bonus. Only recommendation is a better entry into the wonderful hot tub. It is very high and steps don’t go up enough for easy entry. Lovely views from most of the home. Highly recommend this home."
