"The Renaissance in Chicago O'Hare was a pleasant surprise. At first I thought I made a mistake not staying on the busy streets, but the moment I walked in I knew this was the right place. The staff was efficient and wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The room was exquisite and clean, well lit and had all amenities. The parking garage was easy to enter and ample parking available. "The O'Hare Airport Hilton is way overpriced. Since it is the only hotel in the airport, they have a monopoly. It is quiet and you can walk through the lower level to terminals 1,2 &3. A train takes you to and from terminal 5. Guests are stuck paying the high price for convenience."

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

"It’s the one spot where everything is convenient to get to. Subways station is just outside. Bars and restaurants are easy to walk to. My only negative is that I had to pay close to $70 a day to keep my car parked in their garage. I understand it’s a Hotel/ Casino parking garage and it’s open to the public but if I’m a hotel guest, I shouldn’t have to pay what a non hotel guest pays. They need to fix that! "
