"The property was beautiful and looked like the pictures. Annette was really helpful and answered questions almost immediately. If we have to return to the area I would stay here again. Just an fyi, if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend as there are a few stairs to get to it and the bedrooms are upstairs as well. Overall great stay and nice neighborhood."

"Advised a pond view, yes there was a pond but the furniture was so dirty you couldn’t seat outside. The sliding door didn’t even have a handle to get outside. It was heavy and definitely a fire hazard if you needed to get out in a rush. The sliding door was also there without a screen. Look like they update the fixtures but not well maintained interior. The neighborhood is fantastic, great for taking walks and saying hello to the friendly neighbors. The property itself is sparkling clean, exactly as described and pictured in the ad and has everything you would need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Annette provided an amazing stay! The condo was clean and very modern! Location was within 25-35 minutes of downtown Charleston and many beaches. We loved the home and would stay again! The only con I had, was the king bed was a little uncomfortable and noisy with any movement - my toddler did not enjoy me waking her up with my tossing and turning haha. It was overall still a great stay! Can’t wait to visit again!"

"The property was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood might look scary, but we were never bothered by anyone and often saw children outside playing. Our pets did absolutely well in this little house and loved the fenced backyard. Although, we had hoped to be closer to Charleston the 20 minutes drive time was never an issue and we had no traffic problems. I would not have any issues staying at this property again."
