“The interior seems to be completely brand new, there are still price tag stickers left on things! All the amenities you could need (except side tables next to the bed). Loved the private back yard so you could enjoy the window in the shower and the patio in peace. The neighborhood does seem to be in transition, cute breweries and fancy pizza places a few streets over. This property is still on the side that has been historically under-resourced. The neighbors were very engaged in our comings...

“The house itself is very nice. It's clean, has a nice setup, and has all the amenities you'll need. Communication with the host is quick and easy, and they're very nice. It's in a convenient location too, right by the loop so you're only about 15-20 minutes away from most of the things to do. The only real issue is the neighborhood doesn't look great, but there's nothing the owner can do about that. Overall, it was a great place for what we needed and we'd definitely stay there again.”

“It was a great townhouse, location was perfect for my purposes. Diana was attentive and hospitable. Heads up to future people; the surrounding townhouses are not the best up kept but don’t let that be a deterrent. We were there for a few days, Diana keeps her property really clean. Just FYI that the outside view isn’t the nicest but it’s a great stay!”

“We loved our time in Charleston! The home was located in North charleston, was a great location fir getting to plantations, Folly beach and downtown Charleston. The neighborhood was a bit run down but we felt comfortable in the home. Much cheaper than staying in Charleston.”

“First impression pulling up is a little bit of a sketchy area. Neighbors were outside in the streets and made me feel uncomfortable but we didn't have any issues. Inside the home is an overwhelming smell of air freshener/fragrance. Home was cute and comfortable. Couch and Loveseat in the living room are both low to the ground and hard to get out of - especially someone with bad knees. Saw trash on the floor under the couch, so it made me wonder how clean the house really was. There was a tote of...

“The property was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood might look scary, but we were never bothered by anyone and often saw children outside playing. Our pets did absolutely well in this little house and loved the fenced backyard. Although, we had hoped to be closer to Charleston the 20 minutes drive time was never an issue and we had no traffic problems. I would not have any issues staying at this property again.”
