"It was a quiet villa in the isolated forest. We had a tough time locating it as we reached after sky turned dark. Fortunately, a call to the owner Hideo-San and he came to fetch us! When he led us to the villa, it was a pleasant surprise! It's a big villa that was cosy, clean and well equipped. The decoration made us feel at home, and the beds were comfortable. "Bathrooms are shared but everything else about this location is lovely. The staff is wonderful. The convenience to shops, restaurants, and the ski mountain are excellent. The breakfast was good and the pleasant common area was a great place to meet people, relax, and enjoy. The rooms are simple but pleasant and there's even storage for ski/snowboard equipment. I will definitely return."

"We loved the location in Annupuri as it is about a 3 minute walk to the slope. Annupuri mountain is much much quieter than niseko. You can traverse from the top of Annupuri to other resorts and get down to Niseko that way rather than catching a shuttle bus around the base. Just make sure you have an all mountain pass. Niseko negula is really flash! Beautiful wooden retreat, lovely staff, great food and amenities, great views. Loved it!! They have a driver who can drop/pick you up from onsens...

"The owner “Yama sang” and staff are so polite and nice. Yama sang would drop you off at ski resorts and major hotels and attractions if you need a ride. Breakfast is included although the stay is very reasonable. Breakfasts were excellent. I had problems coming back home since I couldn’t make bus reservations.
