Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Very far from resorts and restaurants. limited shuttle service from hotel, and had several instances of no taxis being available. Not a knock on the hotel, but know you are secluded. "Almost perfect… except the Onsen, which is a key component of any ski holiday in Japan. The onsen was fantastic and we used it twice a day. However it was largely ruined by Chinese guests who disrespected Japanese culture - and all other guests using the onsen by getting straight into the bath without washing first. We were not the only guests who felt this. The signs and instructions for onsen use were in Japanese and English only. Need to have signs in Chinese too. "
