"The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. The owner and family were very nice and accomodating, but i assumed the property was for our use only during the rental.I would consider renting again when in the...

"The cottage was home away from home. Very safe neighborhood. Private Parking, fenced in backyard. We were allowed to let our pets run outside. nice outdoor patio to set with family. Have a few drinks and snacks. Before we had gotten there, I mentioned to Pat that our backs were bad, and he took note and immediately. raised the bed. We had very nice sleep nights. Everything was of today and new Pat is very accommodating along with his wife. If there's any problems, they take care of it...

"We had a quick stay but it was perfect. The upstairs and loft bedroom was perfect. Although we didn’t use the second room due to a separate entrance it would be perfect for a mother-in-law suit or second family. The outside area was so great and we spent almost all our time on the deck, pool and dock. Terrance had very fast communication. Thank you for a great stay."

"We've stayed at Sherri's house three times now and our family loves it. It's close to all the things we love to do in Florida while being in a quiet, tucked away neighborhood. The pool was awesome and we even saw a tortoise walking around the back yard. We'll definitely be back!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel room. Fridge , microwave sink, Hot plate , basic dishes and pots. Iron and sm board. Lg shower love seat desk and tv. Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away."

"It was centrally located to many restaurants and beaches. The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed watching the variety of birds and turtles in the canal. Sara was very attentive and easy to communicate with."

"A superb boutique hotel, yes the rooms are small but enough for anyone, our bathroom was huge. The staff on reception and in the restaurant are friendly and accommodating. Definitely somewhere we'd like to return to."

I truly appreciated how much effort was made for property to be clean it was just a really strong smell upon arrival. Everything else was great. Bed very comfortable.
