"The cottage was home away from home. Very safe neighborhood. Private Parking, fenced in backyard. We were allowed to let our pets run outside. nice outdoor patio to set with family. Have a few drinks and snacks. Before we had gotten there, I mentioned to Pat that our backs were bad, and he took note and immediately. raised the bed. We had very nice sleep nights. Everything was of today and new Pat is very accommodating along with his wife. If there's any problems, they take care of it...

"My fiance and I booked this place to stay and also to host our engagement party. Elizabeth and John were amazing! The place was perfect for our small party! Plenty of space for everyone. We stayed with my mom and his 2 teenagers. It allowed for everyone to have space for themselves. Well stocked kitchen with supplies for cooking and entertaining. It is about 45 min from Tampa but worth it. Highly recommend for people with families."

"The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!"

"We just wanted a relaxing week and we were not disappointed. Place was super clean, spacious and well stocked with everything. The hot tub was a bonus. We were also visited up close by a pair of Blue Herons that we nicknamed Frankie and Harold. We had a great time in Tarpon Springs and this is a very unique town. Great overall experience at this house."

"A superb boutique hotel, yes the rooms are small but enough for anyone, our bathroom was huge. The staff on reception and in the restaurant are friendly and accommodating. Definitely somewhere we'd like to return to."
