"We went to Santa Clara to see Luke combs concert! This was a double surprise and blessing! This hotel when you walk in, gives you a sense or vibe of being somewhere, almost tropical, and secluded and very safe.. our room had double doors, and they literally face the freeway. "Cute hotel, room was nice, beds comfortable. Elevator was broken for part of the stay, ice machine is on the ground floor so it was a trek down the stairs from the second. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed.
