Staff not very concerned for guests; asked for ice and customer service was like “oh it’s over there” and kept on with their task.. room not too clean as we found two roaches and bed was broken, also water doesn’t get too hot, sink is far from bathroom, had to walk through a restaurant to get to room, shower leaked water into bathroom floor due to lack of rubber seal. Overall it was quiet and safe feeling.

Were rude explaining resort fee and the recieve they gave me didnt say was paying for resort fee I ask them and they say was like that. I called expedia and they said was charged for parking. No idea was was going on. But not clear at all
