The Sagamore South Beach is a wonderful property, but it has DEFINITELY declined since the time where Spencer Tunick created art and serenity was welcomed. Nowadays, the splash pool that used to hold the rich and famous has become a kiddy pool, thanks to the lack of security or effort from management, kids have taken over EVERWHERE. So If you want to enjoy a very loud screaming game of Marko Polo by all these kids, Or get your $25 drinks spilled by flying balls at all times, then the sagamore is your place. :(
The staff is definitely too comfortable to seem welcoming, nor inviting.
The restaurant barely offers any food due to the very small menu and the beds, definitely need some updating. I change room twice due to the noise and uncomfortable beds
It is a shame that whoever is now the new owner of the Sagamore, chooses to just “milk the cow and not feed it”
It is sad to say, that for the price this hotel charges, you have to deal with all of these .
Long gone are the days of the luxurious/ serene #Morganhotelgrouproperties
