We had 3 nights booked, but checked out after 1 night. The room was non-refundable prepaid, but to the manager's credit, he refunded 2 nights. The window was looking at a wall, which upon check-in i requested a different room. He said he didn't have one, but then changed his tune the next day, but at this point we had made other reservations (refund or not). I do not recommend this place.

Greeting from the staff was unfriendly , but the property was easy to find and had a nice bar and restaurant next to the resort also another bar ( Bongo’s) just up the road. The room was very noisy from the main road that runs through the island and we were bitten to death by the no see ‘ums so take a good insect repellent

Great place to stay. Rooms are very nice. There are things to do on the property like the pool, corn hole, kayaks, paddleboard, grills, etc... Jen is amazing! She is very kind and knowledgeable about the area. When we go back to the keys this is where we will again be staying!
