"We stayed four nights with another couple for a long weekend of Broadway shows and nice dinners out. This was the perfect home base - we walked everywhere and it was a very comfortable home base. The bed was very cofortable, the lobby is a nice meeting place with a great vibe and the Spyglass rooftop patio overlooking the Empire State Building was a great place for a night cap to finish the day."

"We stay in Hyatt (and other hotels around the world). The view was amazing but the staff on the first floor was lacking in customer support. We asked a simple question like what do you recommend and what's in the building infront of us and we got a "I don't know" 3nd of conversation. The bar had a great view but service was slow and they never came back to ask if we wanted 2nds so we left. For the price of a simple drink you would think that service would be great..."

"This was our first time visiting NYC. We didn't really know where to begin, when it came to hotels. We decided to try for a place near Times Square. When we found this hotel online, we were immediately drawn to the modern, clean design. It's sometimes difficult to just book a place, without seeing it in person, and we have had bad experiences in the past, so my expectations were somewhat low, mostly to prepare myself in the event of disappointment. "Overall very good stay. The staff and service is good, room large and clean. Location is super good, convenient for going out and having food. The only thing is it’s a little bit noisy during the weekend night. "

"Beautiful hotel in great location across from Central Park. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. The only little couple of things were that the wifi isn't great, it would be nice to see QTips and cotton swabs in the bathroom and of course a coffee/Nespresso machine for the room. I get that they want people to pay for coffee downstairs but for almost $800 a night that begins to feel very nickely-dimey of them. Overall an excellent place to stay "
