"The check-in was smooth and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. On request, early check-in was done and suite on a higher floor was given to us. The check-in staff even made an exception for refundable deposit which I really appreciate. The swimming pool and fitness center were also nice. The breakfast was nice too, only as we stayed 3 days - we observed that the breakfast repeats every alternate day. May be if you can have more options/ varieties for breakfast..."

Every time we left or came back there was some issue that kept one of us from either entering or exiting. Staff was excellent in trying to resolve the issue, but we lost lots of time trying to straighten it out. "
