"Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the...

"My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of."

"on the description of the property says "free parking" but it should say "street parking" we had to often move the car and find a proper place to park, even got a street cleaning ticket :( it should be stated it in the description, there was also a little humid/moldy smell, couches could be a bit better too, otherwise the place served its purposes"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
