"Had a very short 1-night stay. Was worth it. Room was clean, hotel was clean, and the people were curteous. It was quiet so we got the rest we needed. "
"I did like the interconnected restaurants to the hotel and the high ceilings and spacious foyer. The staff was accommodating and polite.
I didn't like the room had a carpet stain."

"Great bed, very clean. Housekeeping staff terrific in an emergency situation. Great location. Room appointments need improvement (better and more comfortable chairs). Decor needs a face lift, just dated and heavy."

"Very Nice Hotel, In the heart of Chicago. Friendly and professional staff and the vallet guys are top notch not to mention cool. You are legit in walking distance of some if not all of what Chicago has to offer in terms of touristy type tings. "

"It’s the one spot where everything is convenient to get to. Subways station is just outside. Bars and restaurants are easy to walk to. My only negative is that I had to pay close to $70 a day to keep my car parked in their garage. I understand it’s a Hotel/ Casino parking garage and it’s open to the public but if I’m a hotel guest, I shouldn’t have to pay what a non hotel guest pays. They need to fix that! "

"We got a reasonably priced beautiful corner room. The location is very convenient to the incredible restaurants near by. Special thanks to the great staff. Their hard work shows and is much appreciated. "
"Staff is extremely friendly and fun. The hotel bar has wonderful drinks and the lobby is very cozy. The location is great if you like taking public transportation. Room was clean and cozy, extremely quiet. "
"Very nice. Very good staff. My room like past stays was clean vey good bed & well furnished.
The lobby staff were very professional as well as housekeeping. I really like the rooftop lounge.
The neighborhood is clean quiet safe & close to several nice restaurants and lounges.
My only suggestion, Offer a coffee/tea bar in the mornings with easy lobby area access. The room coffee is below average and includes powered creamers. Several people in the am were looking for coffee or tea & had to go outside a block or so to buy it "
