"This location is minutes from Dollywood and the strip. Also isn’t far from Gatlinburg. For a two bedroom, it is very spacious and clean. Dollywood was great, I’ve never met more friendly people, fun rides and yes, the cinnamon bread was great. It was a slow line for the bread but Miss Pat was so sweet to talk to, thus the slow line. "The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. "Perfect place for 2! It had everything we needed. Loved spending time on balcony around the trees. Would have loved to use the outdoor pool but we were there a bit early in the season for it. Also it had indoor parking available which was an amazing perk considering we had the chance of hail while we were there. We were able to keep our truck nice and safe!"

Communication with Jennifer before and during our stay was above expectations. We did not have any issues during our stay that required attention. "Love the view. The apartment was outdated. I would recommend updating it. We didn’t feel comfortable with that part. It looked pretty clean but there was some debris that I had to wipe up. The property manager was great, she answered any questions I had. You could walk to down town but we didn’t. There was a parking lot down the road for $15."

"We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was sparkling clean and had all the items needed for cooking. It was tastefully decorated and located conveniently to area attractions. We were sorry it didn’t have a grill as we like to grill at least one meal while on vacation. It did have a grill at the bottom of the hill for the resort but who wants to carry all your food back and forth? Overall it was a great trip!"
