"This is a rental with an amazing view. Each level has a balcony. The hot tub was clean and most of the light switches are labeled for ease of use. The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. The dryer vent was missing a necessary component. But being old that part could not be quickly replaced. Again the property manager was quick to communicate once the...

"We enjoyed the ‘chalet’ with it’s open living room/kitchen/dining area, large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It is beautifully decorated and the bear theme adds a touch of whimsy. The appliances and tv’s were top of the line including a Keurig. There is also a very old coffee maker that wants to grind your coffee if you’re not careful pushing buttons when trying to get it to brew. "The property is great. It's a 10 minute walk from the center of Gatlinburg. The 3 bedrooms are all nice-sized and have their own bathrooms, the outdoor space is great. It feels way bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had a great time and would recommend to families or to multiple couples who want to have their own space."

"The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice."

"It was a beautiful view and had great amenities. The hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The home needed some updates; the couch had a lot of stains and did not really feel comfortable to sit on. The drive up the mountain was very scary and there were not directions provided to the home so when we lost service it made it even more nerve racking to try and navigate the steep mountains. The drive did get a bit easier as our trip went on though so that was a plus. Overall the view was worth it...
