"We enjoyed our time! The home was very clean and well stocked. Its beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We would love to stay again, except the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While everything is impeccably done it’s very important that mattresses are comfortable! Putting memory foam on top of bad mattresses does not make for comfort. It’s our only complaint because everything else was so perfect!"

"It’s the perfect location that has a nice little sand trail to the beach right out your balcony. Right down 8th ave is a coffee shop we visited daily as well. Super close to the strip for the touristy shops. The apartment was very clean for the most part. We noticed some black mold in the ice dispenser and had some bugs but the place was super spacious and comfy cute. The king platform bed seemed to need repair but was otherwise comfortable. Would come back!"

I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street."
