The property and ammenities were in shambles or dodn't exist at all. Advertised 32" TV's in cabins, but no TV's. Advertised restaurant on property, but no restaurant, sign on door said closed due to Covid, but judging by peeks through the windows, hasn't been open in 20 years. "Loved the idea of being on the river in a covered space with full hook-ups. It is worth the money. The only downsides are the roads to get to this location and being 45 mins from a major town."

"Watched the barges go by, enjoyed the view across the water, in a quiet rv neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond when we arrived during a storm that caused power outage. Sent us information about issues and checked back with us later to make sure everything was better. If we're ever in this area again, we have no problem coming back to this site."

"We were able the relax in the fairly private pool for several days and have a little fire in the fire pit, which is all we needed to unwind. Close proximity to amenities is nice in case you forget something, you won't have to drive far and be out all day. The house is old but updated, it has a great character that we liked a lot. Home is well stocked with paper products, linens, and coffee. The neighbors are quiet and we all kept to ourselves. Gas grill works great! New gas stove works great!...
