"We had a great time here. Beds and couches were comfy, balcony was cozy, kitchen was well stocked. There are lots of supplies in the garage for the beach, which is only one minute away. We used the wagon, the beach toys, and a big umbrella for shade. Evening swims in the community pool were a great way for the kids to wind down before bed. Thanks so much for hosting us! I’m sure we’ll be back again!"

"This is an amazing home and location. Away from the heavy traffic of St Pete yet close enough. The beach across the road is amazing and all needed accessories are available. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop and a great dive bar. The house was immaculate and incredibly clean. I would book again 100% when heading back to the area."

"This house is the perfect size and is in a great location. Plenty of parking, pool is perfect for afternoon relaxing and the beach is a 3 min walk. Shops-n-stores are all close by. Steve was a great host making sure everything was in place. He even checked in with us on our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely perfect and the beach was crystal clear."

"House is great. Location to beach was great. For the price especially. 1-2 minute walk to the water was nice. Especially with the kids. The mornings waking up catching the sunrise over the harbor and the evenings catching the sunset over the ocean was great! All from the fourth floor balcony. The 4th floor tv was on the fritz.
