"The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog."

"We loved our stay at 30b!! The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. I spent most of my time relaxing at the plunge pool or on the porch swing. It is a quick and easy walk to Seaside square. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra blankets and towels. Cyndi was awesome with communication too! We will definetly be back!"

"There's nothing NOT to love about Good Life. It's in a great location for the many great neighborhoods and activities along 30A and the private beach is the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and rent bikes so that you can explore all that this area has to offer. Why rent one of the massive houses when Good Life has everything you need right here? "Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved."

"Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good."
