"I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. "Loved the private boardwalk beach access, all the provided beach amenities-wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, and access to the 2 pools. Excellent communication with host! Very nice studio for 2 to stay at in the Grayton Beach/Blue Mountain Beach area. Perfect kitchen and bathroom amenities, they have everything you need! The only thing I would suggest is to add a wardrobe closet. We had a wonderful time!"

"The space was perfect for what we needed! Located in a great spot with access to the beach and various other amenities provided, it's hard to find a better spot. The hosts were incredibly considerate in helping us out by allowing us to keep our stuff in place while we waited for a late flight. Otherwise, we would have been stuck dragging our luggage around on a rainy day."

"Our family of 4 enjoyed a great stay in Rosemary Beach. I know the area pretty well and this rental is in the perfect location… close to town, the Cocquina pool and the beach. Rental provided beach chairs, beach towels, two adult bikes, and laundry in the garage. Cute little patio and deck for morning coffee. Lots of special touches provided by the owner to make this a welcoming stay. The owner is wonderful and responsive to any needs or questions. We loved Moon Jewel and will be back!!!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. "My main issue is I did not realize it was on a busy road. From the photos it looks like it’s in the woods. A few easy fixes would improve rating. Close to great bars and restaurants plus beach although r weather was wet and windy"

"We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus."
