Wrigley/Southport Corridor Garden Oasis +parking!
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (38)
"The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments. If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall was a great stay. Internet wasn’t working during the trip which is the only negative of the stay. but I was able to use my hotspot when needed. Spent most of our time out and about so it was easy to get to whatever we wanted to. Close to a train station, easy to get an Uber and pretty quiet neighbors. 9/10*"

"Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable."

"The apartment building is located blocks from Wrigley Field, and makes a terrific launching pad for visiting Wrigleyville and the North Halsted neighborhood. Everything is very walkable, and it is important that you can walk - our unit was on the third floor, and like many Chicago apartment buildings - you use the stairs. The unit we were in was clean and appointed appropriately."

Chicago Dickens place 1 bd. Garden unit Centralized loc.
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and...

"Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!"

Gorgeous Newly Renovated Apartment 10 Mins From Downtown/Navy Pier/Beach
4.0 out of 10, (2)
"Accommodations were ok. The apartment was clean but needs some work. The title of Gorgeous newly renovated was a little exaggerated. One of the exit doors was off hinge. You could not control AC/Heat. Wifi did not work at all. Had some issues with kitchen circuit fuse blowing. Property owner was responsive."

"We took a trip to Chicago to take in a three game series between our beloved Padres and Cubs at one of baseball's cathedrals. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in this home as it was a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was very well maintained and super comfortable. 6 stars out of 5."

"We were all very happy with the accommodations of this property. Location was close to everything we had planned for the week, it was more than enough space for our crew of 8, all items needed to cook and clean during our stay were readily available, the grocery is directly across the street and there is a parking spot behind the property so you don’t have to find and walk from a street option. Overall everything was wonderful, the only odd issue we had was upon check in. The keys were not...

"Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant 20ft walk. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was parking - we didn't venture far, we worried we wouldn't find parking when we came back. Nice thing was two really good restaurants with in walking distance. Would stay again.
