"Mahana House was a lovely, well-appointed lodging. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the comfy robes, lanai for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and the yummy fruit we picked on the farm. The shared kitchen and laundry had everything we might have overlooked. "The Big Island Retreat is a lovely property located minutes on foot to one of the best snorkeling beaches on Big Island. We stayed in the Ocean view room which was over 2 floors. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The rooms are quite small with little storage. The bed was only a double and very high off the floor making getting into it really hard. The bathroom is not totally enclosed and has no basin as the kitchen sink is just outside. Although there was nobody staying in the rooms...

I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit"
