"Only gripe is with the insurance. We missed a flight due to mechanical issues with plane. Couldn’t stay the first night. No refund. It was more or less marketed on your site that it would cover unplanned issues. It was not covered. "

"We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. It's a little far away from the hotel zone and downtown, but that's what we wanted. Peace and relaxation. And a special thank you to Ara and Eugene (the hotels concierge) - for being so kind and helping us with practically everything hah. They found us taxi's, offered recommendations and overall were so kind and considerate. Also - special shout out to Paolo from the restaurant and pool server. She was so kind, so lovely and made me never want to leave the pool. Overall I would highly recommend Milam!"

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. "

"The room was spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved the location. The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the center of the town. So it’s quiet yet easy access to restaurants, taco stands, bank and diving options. I would stay here every trip."

Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal - All Inclusive

"We just spent a week here and had 3 of the swim up rooms. THEY'RE AWESOME. Bring shoes for swimming in the ocean, the sand is sharp and hurts. The pools were nice but they need more chairs around them. Head down to the beach - there are open chairs and bars there. The restaurants were good. The rooms had AC. They are a bit stingy with the AC in the restaurants.....we were sweating more than once. Also, reserve your spot at the restaurants before your trip, there's not much availability once you're there. Food was great at the restaurants. Buffets were what I would expect. The staff is great! Beautiful property with Capybara, Coati, and some sort of havelina. loved it. "
