The hosts have thought of everything which made us feel very comfortable and cozy. If I ever get a chance to come back to SLO I will definitely stay here again. Five stars!! "This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. "Upon arriving- smelled like an abandoned house, the floors were oddly sticky, dirty bath towels sitting on top of the washer, food bits in the sink, toilet doesn't properly flush. Pillows smelled like actual scalp, the only redeeming part is bed was decent, and there are televisions. Everything just felt incredibly unclean. Unfortunately deceiving listing. The first and only correspondence between myself and the renter was her commenting on my "last minute booking" after she was unable to...

"Really close to San Luis Obispo-17-20 minutes, out in the quiet countryside, very private and beautiful. Accommodations were new, clean and excellent. We would definitely return!"

"The lofts are lovely … well-designed with everything we needed. Also lots of space to spread out. Beautiful decor. Easy check in. Great location in walking distance to lots of good restaurants & coffee shops. The only thing that detracted from the room was the noise from the building HVAC system. It literally shakes the walks and vibrates the dishes on the shelves. I didn’t notice this in the day, only at night. It was the wall with the fridge & sink."

"We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise."

"Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

"We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway."
