"The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well. Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix. In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home."

It reminded me of my grandparents Florida Cracker ranch house. This place has character. We felt completely comfortable and at home. The giant kitchen was useful for our group. We had a nice dinner on the back patio and enjoyed the large swim spa pool daily. "The house is beautiful loved the layout of home. The Google hub had some family members uneasy due to they felt they were being listened to. The waterfall that was recently installed is a nice addition. Loved all the trees in yard. Yes there is salt water fishing a few were caught and released. All in all had a wonderful time and Brian is very responsive when had questions which was wonderful. The birthday weekend was relaxing and enough room for all to enjoy."

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our questions about light switches and the issue was taken care of the next day. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to historic Saint Augustine and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners! "Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions."

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...

"The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat."
