"First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! They where helpful when it came to not charging a resort fee if you stayed in the same room. Only thing I didn't like is...

"We celebrated our Buddies 60th Birthday at his favorite place to go. Daytona’s Ocean Walk Resort. We have been coming to this resort for 25+ years and it never disappoints. We had a great ocean front room that was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Everyone wants different things...i wanted to be able to have a short walk to the beach, to see the ocean from the condo, and a pool in case the weather prevented swimming in the ocean for my girlfriend's 50th. Check, check, check. And that's harder to find than you'd think! Add in a very responsive host and a smooth check-in process (dont forget to use the code on the lock box, not the code panel), and this place is really hard to beat. We'll be back, for sure, the next time we're in the area....

"Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. "This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!"

"Beautifullly decorated condo. I would prefer a condo with a working Roku TV in the bedroom. I was unable to use the TV due to not working. Only one working elevator but there wasn't long wait times, so not a deal breaker for my stay. Condo smelled of mildew or some sort of oder. Last but not least, I got locked out of condo after taking trash to trash chute across the hall. The door looks behind you. Totally my fault, but disappointed that can actually happen. "Its a very nice condo. It is on the second floor so while you can see the ocean the dunes block your view of the beach. The master bedroom windows won't open so you cant fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves with the windows open. They appered to have screws in them to block you from opening them and enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo association is quite strict with a lot of rules. Nice pools and amenities. Beautiful beach."

"Unit is a very short walk to beach. Due to hurricane damage and subsequent rebuild, a small detour to the beach is handy and close. Traveling as a couple, this place had it all for us: one bedroom, two beds, two baths, living area open with full kitchen. All clean! We’ll be back!"

"Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions."

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...

"The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat."
