Take the boating excursion to Blue Lagoon. Not so much for the Lagoon but the beautiful caves and cliffs and pristine waters. We were also lucky to spot both white and black mountain goats. Also see lots of pirate ship excursions that makes for good pictures. The guides are great too.

The hotel facilities are very good but the rooms looks like 3 star hotel and needs refurbishment. The towels are so old. The main restaurants were excellent but other restaurants were all reserved.

The hotel was nice and peaceful and gave zen vibes. The staff were nice and friendly and spoke english well, but under staffed, they were constantly in a rush. As a restaurant in Turkey, I expected chai at every drink station for example, the bar’s. Was denied tea a few times and told to get it myself from other areas. I came in with my husband and baby and check in was nice and quick which is important as a mother was a baby. Provided with a crib and essentials for baby which was great. My baby ended up getting quite sick while we stayed at this hotel so we checked out early and they still charged us for the rest of our stay. Food was great, lots of option. Pools were clean. Tub in the room is hard to get out of and i slipped each time even though there is a non slip mat because the tub is placed higher than the floor itself. Restaurants were all booked so we didn't get to dine at any of them and some you have to pay for even though the hotel is “all inclusive.” You have to pay 80 euros to book cabanas for the day but yes i would stay again if i were back in Turkey in the future

I cannot fault this hotel at all. You feel very well looked after - the staff go out of your way to help and the adult only area is a god sent if you want some peace and quiet. The rooms are fantastic- we had a pool access room as a treat. The food quality and variety was great from the buffet and the other restaurants were very good.

The property is in middle of nowhere. Do not get a standard family room as you walk straight into twin room and door bangs against bed. Intruders could access twin room easily so unsafe. You feel like you are sleeping in a corridor with doors banging all night. The bathroom has no shower cubicle but has a shower in a tall bath unsuitable for someone with mobility issues and you can easily slip down. Cannot have a bath in bath as no tap. Toilet right next to sink and you bang your leg against the towel rail. the photo of family room misleading. Superior family room excellent. The main restaurant is canteen like with 3 rooms for families with young children, families with teens and adults only. No finesse as there are no table clothes, candles or wine glasses until you ask the waiter, all you get is a plastic container with cutlery. Wine is good. Prosecco poor but drinkable. Chinese and Turkish was good. Italian service poor and was rushed so cancelled steak. Pool facilities excellent. Beach very pebbly and dark sand. Cocktails excellent will make to order. JD, Tanquery gin, smirnoff vodka, bacardi available. A must is go to cable car near olu deniz via cab (120 ytl), Cable car 80 ytl each (60 kids) and then lagoon in olu deniz via beach clubs. Paragliders exciting to watch. Shopping in fethiye good. Entertainment is good. Bodrum and antalya have better facilities. Would not return to hotel because of standard family room facilities.

I didnt like the road leading to the resort I didnt like the quality of alcohol I didnt like the fact that we were on our honemoon and at 8am somome knocked on our room door and delivered a paper saying i need to go to the reception...being worried that something may have happened.....so i did go..and the receptionist said they did a mistake in exchanging USD to TL and u have to pay 32$ .... this could have waitied till we check out...it wasnt something urgent that required disturbing us...not to mention that i have been asked to pay our stay fully in advance...and i still had 2 days left..so this could have certainly waited I liked the food I liked the calmness I liked the view I like the upgrade of our room

The reception is a total mess I couldn’t do the check in till 5 pm & they we’re asking me to wait cuz the room was not ready, the type of room is not what I paid for & it has no view of the see as it should be, all the restaurants were fully booked 3 days a head although it’s all inclusive but we ended up paying 50€ Extra per meal,, the staff in most of the 6 restaurants in the hotel need training about what a customer service is in a “5 star” hotel is

Things I had wished I'd known... We stayed at the beginning of July with our two young children. After traveling around Turkey for a two weeks we wanted to spend a week at an all inclusive resort and be able to have some adult time with our children being looked after for a decent amount of time per day. Boy were we disapointed. Their kids club facility is actually only available for 90 minutes at a time for them to look after the kids. Some times they offer two sessions but one of the day they only offered one 90 minute session. On top fo that the British staff at the kids club are some of the rudest bordering on racist people I have ever encountered in any hotel. If you are looking for a situation where you can drop your little ones off for an extended period of time so you can enjoy the resort with just your spouse this is definitely not the place to stay. Overall stay was great. Food is very good. It is all inclusive, but quality of food is same like in restaurants. Coffee is from great machine, not a cheap one as usual from all inclusive hotels. Alcohol is great! Not cheap brands. One minus I had is that I ask to meet me in airport. No one came, so I grab a taxi. In hotel everyone played like nothing happened! But I waited for 30 minutes and was disappointed as I confirmed it with them twice. In check out they tried to play the game that I have to pay it...

Nice place to relax and enjoy family time.
Overall a great resort that you can enjoy a family vacation , nice beach attentive staff. Special thanks to Pinar who helped us change the room . One feedback to improve on is that booking of restaurants and Cabana need to be always same day , we couldn’t use either since guests booked days in advance and when we came nothing was left. Like all similar resorts this is a must to give everyone a fair chance to use the restaurants and Cabanas.

Meal's origin and taste could be better. They served asian and italian kitchen, but all sauces and dressings were instant. Employees were kind and polite. Hygiene and cleaning were at the maximum level. Perfect.
