"The hot tub is not working. Coincidentally the reason is the same as the neighboring hotel, which I overheard is under the same ownership. Another guest complained the pool was also not operating. I appreciate the breakfast and the evening desk person is fantastic ( the other that was there on Tuesday night). The property was clean, even with ongoing construction."

"Not greated as a guest, but amazed that I was seemingly an inconvenience. Wow, this was after I asked her how her day was going? Otherwise the stay was pretty awesome. Half of the hotel was being renovated. I do feel that businesses should state this upfront and warn guests ahead of time. "

"It was clean. The breakfast was OK, not great. I am disappointed in the lack of follow through. When checking out, I informed the desk person that I burned myself badly on the coffee I poured from their breakfast area. I did this mainly to let them know they might want to adjust the temperature. The person at the desk apologized and promised me points and a credit. She said since I paid through Expedia she would initiate the credit with Expedia and I would get a call from Expedia. I did not...
