If you click on the photos and then click on "Dining (4)", all the pictures of the dining area have now become the room we stayed in from Sat, May 18-Sun, May 19 (Room 103). According to the photos, this no-longer-existing dining area once consisted of cabinets, a generous breakfast, dining tables/chairs, and lounge chairs. Instead, the breakfast is laid out in the breezeway and consists of a pot of coffee, a choice of 3 Coffee-mate creamers, orange juice, a small selection of cookies and gas station Danishes, and some fruit. None of the dispensers are there. These 4 pictures need to be removed as they are false advertising. Also, although the room is adequate, the handheld showerhead has a handle at the top to switch between the handheld showerhead and the fixed showerhead, but the switch is too high for most to reach and too hard to turn. It's OK for what we paid ($134.10 & 13.41 for taxes and fees for 1 king bed) since it was clean and the staff was nice. I see they're hiking their price for the same room to $359 on the weekends, and it is definitely not worth that.

Excellent hotel. The only negative is the breakfast. Adding some milk/creamer options (not just the high sugar, chemical laden items on offer) would be a start. Also no food items for anyone who needs non sugared items.

The room is decent and clean. The sinks was plugging up when the water was turn on. So you had to shut the water and wait for the sink to drain. There was a dumpster/Roll off in the parking lot and junk piled up near it. This was a last minute trip; not what I was expecting but it was ok.

I travel to San Diego 2-4 times a year.My firm provides a discounted rate at a Hyatt Regency but I prefer the local vibe of Leucadia and Encinitas. This was my first time staying here but will be the only place I stay from now on. Great location, rooms, parking, and friendly staff. My go to hotel from now on.

There is no elevator to the second floor. It was cumbersome for me to take all the luggage’s to the second floor. In addition, the breakfast only consisted of coffee, orange juice, mini muffins, pastries, cookies and apples. As I am diabetic I was not able to partake any of the food items.
