"Quick I didn't really dislike anything all good trip"

"Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant."

"Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again."

"We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade."

"The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies."

"What a wonderful place! It's absolutely gorgeous, and the view is stunning. Silvina and Samuel are excellent hosts! Very friendly, helpful, quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. The cottage is immaculate, everything you need is provided, and the decoration is beautiful. Very safe, quiet, cozy place. And the stars at night are something to see. Did I mention the view? "Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep."

"If you're looking for a clean, quiet, comfy, well-appointed place to stay in Prescott, look no further! From start to finish, this was one of the easiest transactions I've experienced on VRBO. This property was a perfect 2bd/2ba for my trip with a friend. Each room offers it's own creature comforts and the spacious bathrooms were a nice change. The decor is adorable. The attention to detail really makes you feel special. It didn't seem like it was thrown together between renters like some places...

Her Kitchen was stocked with all a Vacation cook would Need… What we missed was a little microwave, for reheating left overs, coffee and Tea.. And location was A Tad away from the pulse of things But nothing that a pleasant walk in Nature didn’t fix… great little covered outdoor patio.. Would recommend this Cozy little Casita 👍"

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."

"The pool and hot tub were not very clean. The sides of the pool and hot tubs had a lot scum stuck to the walls and there was gross yellow foamy bubbles. The room itself was nice but the pillows and bed were absolutely horrible. The floor of the room was really dirty and turned my grey socks black. The floors need to be cleaned. "
