"Overall the stay was nice. Property was pretty and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not that great but that would be my only complaint of our stay. The area beaches were pretty busy and parking was limited unless you pay. Night market is always full and has lots of food options."

"The hotel is located right on the lake so if you ask for a lake view it is pretty but in the mornings the train announcements start around 9 to 5. That takes away from the tranquility. The rooms are nice but the bathrroms need cleaning."

"The house is dusty. The only upside is they have clean bed sheets. Both rooms needs detail clean because we could see dust everywhere. The bathrooms' showers had yellow build-ups and one of them even had trash from last guests.The kitchen and living are big but I wouldn't use them due to the room condition. They gave us breakfast vouchers to get breakfast at a local spot about 10 minutes walk. Overall we are disappointed for the cleanliness."

"This is my fourth stay in this hotel/resort and I must say that I'm still very impressed with the quality of the place. The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served.
