"It’s a brand new hotel. Very beautifully built. It’s a short walk from the new airport if you are unlucky to have to fly in or out of that airport. There’s only one restaurant in the area there at the hotel. It’s good but not great. A bit overpriced for the quality but definitely a solid choice. There’s a free shuttle to the airport. Price was average fir a holiday inn but rooms are impeccable. "

"The hotel and staff were excellent. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had wood or wood-look floors, no carpet. It had all the basic stuff, king bed, desk, TV, nice chair and ottoman, shampoo/conditioner-one, shower gel, bottle of water, and plenty of towels. No snack bar or alcohol in the room. The restaurant was first rate, but the menu was only available in Spanish. I had to ask for help to understand the menu. Help came very easily. Received a complimentary VIP beverage! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Only negative during my short stay was the bad gassy smell I woke up to. The city smells bad in the morning. Not the hotel's fault at all."

"Fiesta Americana has the best location, right next to a mall and pretty accesible. We loved the beds and amenities. Everyone that works there went above and beyond to resolved a conflict we had with the AC in our room, they went right away to fix it. We would definitely stay there again. "
