"We were visiting Monterosso as part of a roadtrip through Italy. We got caught in traffic and realised we'd never make it to the hotel by the cut off check in time so we called the number provided which lead to a message in Italian. We tried for hours with no response, we even had local officers translate the message but they said it made no sense. Stairs all over the property making this property not accessible to individuals with mobility concerns. "

"The owner of the hotel and the restaurant below is by far one of the kindest, most attentive people I have ever met! TREMENDOUS THANK YOU TO HER!! The hotel itself is AMAZING!!
