"Nice hotel close to train station and on edge of historic area. Old world elegant. Large hotel. Underground parking is handy if you’ve got a car. Breakfast was OK. "I’d recommend hotel roma to anyone staying in Bologna. Not entirely sure I’d stay here again, just cause I found the area to be too central (covered in designer stores, would prefer something more local but I hadn’t been to Bologna before). But it was clean, and the staff was nice. "

"A good hotel on a budget. Well served with public transport, the bus stops right outside the door. The room is comfortable, but not luxurious, and has the amenities one needs. The lighting in the room was also quite low, and the two bedside lights didn't seem to have any switches to turn them on. The breakfast was okay, not the best I've had, mostly dominated by cakes and pies, and the coffee didn't taste great, but the croissants were good."

"Overall a very nice hotel deserving of a 4 star rating. Beautiful views, large rooms, ample breakfast offerings, large spa with a lot of saunas, pools, etc. Gym could use some more equipment but it’s not bad. Parking near your room can be a challenge but it’s no more than a few hundred meters at most. I would recommend this property."
