"Lovely staff ,especially catolina on reception very helpful at all times,we upgraded from a back room as it was very dark and window wouldnt open ,we then upgraded to a delux room which had a spectacukar view of the squre &a lovely hot tub it was a wonderful experience all round ."

"The property was walking distance to the old town, seconds from the Jewish Quarter and a couple of minutes from the train station. It was extremely clean, the breakfast buffet was great, staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Excellent hotel, great facilities, spotlessly clean, good breakfast. 5 min walk to Warsaw central station. Tea coffee in room though would be good to have a few extra sachets instead of just 2. Big room, big bathroom, hair dryer and iron in room. Lots of storage space and wardrobe. Bath robes also provided. Easy to get an uber or bolt to old town. Also hairdresser and SPA services on site though we did not use. Soundproofing could be a bit better as we could hear people in the corridor. "
