"My stay was fantastic! The location was amazing, and the staff was friendly. I opted out of the breakfast, which was a mistake. I ended up adding it on later. I thought that I would be able to grab something at a local café, but nothing opened until around 10am. This could’ve been because of the time of year I went. "For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."

"Second stay here and the staff are excellent. The bar and restaurant are also very good. We stayed on a very windy weekend and it felt like a cosy sanctuary. It is in very close proximity to Amsterdam with enough interest locally to make it a unique spot. great service and my ageing parents were made to feel very welcome. "

"We had an amazing four nights here. Lisa on reception was very helpful and informative, she gave us some good advice and is a great ambassador of your establishment. All staff were informative and helpful. The location is perfect to access all areas of Amsterdam, you have a great transport system on your doorstep and with a travel card you can explore lots of lovely places. The hotel itself is very clean with a great reception area. The room was lovely and the kitchen is an added bonus. Highly recommend. "
