"The hotel provides a door hanger for customers to request a room "refresh " while they may be out touring the city. We did this. Upon our return, all that was done was a couple of clean towels were supplied and the bed was made. I was surprised to find that the mini bar had not been restocked ( I even left the empty bottle of beer out so they could see what was used and I would have enjoyed another beer after walking around the city all day ) and the coffee cups we had used were not touched. "Nice hotel, nice spacious room, comfy bed. Breakfast selection a bit limited and service was friendly but a bit hapless. Single use plastic toiletries which is environmentally poor in this day and age. "

"Wonderful location, clean, modern rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney.
