"r place to stay if you are visiting Amsterdam. This is an extremely safe clean hotel and so close to the train station. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet it was delicious with eggs bacon sausage vegetables salmon fruit salad yogurt pastries and assorted juices and a coffee machine. "The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was wonderful and on time. It's about a 10 minute ride. My only complaint was the squeaking hinges of the bathroom door. Our neighbor was in the bathroom all night, and you have to open the door to get in and then close it to use the toilet. So the constant open and closing with the loud squeaking of the door kept me awake the whole night. Please management, use some WD40 on...

"For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."
