Took hours for them to find it, honor it, and then issue a room, which then I found was already occupied when I got to the room. While I understand that these things happen....they shouldn't. "Great location for a true Marrakech experience. Close to the main square and the many restaurants and stalls in Medina. The staff were fantastic. They were very helpful explaining how to navigate prices in the market. They even said to call them if we got lost and they would come and get us. The dinner the first evening was delicious and the service was great. The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend staying there if you visit Marrakesh. "
