"Our stay was May 2024, we had a two bedroom suite with lake view. The second bedroom was dark with zero windows and right at the room door. The jacuzzi tub did not work, and there was no plug. We asked for plug and instead of handing me the plug they said the maintenance man would need to bring it up to the room. An hour later he did. Just handed it over and left. "Excellent hotel! We were here for club sports event and I am pretty sure it was sold out. However, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, it was very clean, and it was the perfect place to relax. Tge kids had plenty to do between playing in the bay, volleyball, playing in the sand, and numerous places to eat within walking distance. The room was very modern, spacious, has a kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself...
