"This hotel does what it says on the tin. A basic budget hotel but the price reflects that. Spotlessly clean, with a kettle, toaster, microwave, TV and air conditioning in the room. Great location, perfect if you just need a base. "

"Great stay with family and friends. Good location and close to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Two small pools in the hotel great for a chill day. Parking can be tricky at times due to space but we were always lucky enough to find some street parking close then the car park was full. "

"When torrential rail fell the window to the bathroom (located internally not facing outside) leaked badly and caused a pool of water to sit on bathroom floor, hallway and out front door. The shower has no curtain or barrier so always leaks over bathtub and the shower holder was so loose the shower head kept falling - ended up using as hand shower. You basically get what you pay for here, when i arrived i was told deposit must be paid in cash but nowhere on site or booking does it state this...

"It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. Apparently there was a leak from our apartment to the one below that we were not aware of so we had to have plumbers in our apartment while we weren’t there. The Cardor part of the complex...

"Room not as expected and told this was upgrade, we booked balcony with furniture and city view we could see lite dome of St Pauls oh no Room for furniture on balcony, breakfast tray didn't work for us i ate in the square at restaurants, i didn't see a breakfast area, and definitely no sound proofing, shower cubicle doors, shower floor no mat very slippery "
