"The shuttle to and from the airport is a city bus - not a shuttle- and is not equip to handle luggage. The drivers drove too fast in general but especially around corners and luggage would be moving or falling within the bus. You needed to stand with your luggage and then you were bound to lose your balance as a result of the manner in which the driver was driving. Terrible experience. "

"Fantastic Value for money as the facilities are amazing at the hotel. Being able to spend a few peaceful hours by the pool and then head into the City for the evening is brilliant. A special mention for Elizabett at reception, so lovely and friendly and happy to help with any enquiry. We were given a room upgrade as it was our Anniversary and this was wonderful, so nice of the staff to recognise this and make the effort. "It’s just didn’t look like the best area. A little shocking when you first see it. Staff helpful , the breakfast was not good at all which why I gave it 3 stars. Close to Trevi Fountain. Old building, but clean. Carpeted stairs could use a cleaning. Would recommend."
