"Hotel is near Interstate and so is easy to access. Parking was good, room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and staff at desk were friendly and professional. Great stay!!"

"The check-in was smooth and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. On request, early check-in was done and suite on a higher floor was given to us. The check-in staff even made an exception for refundable deposit which I really appreciate. The swimming pool and fitness center were also nice. The breakfast was nice too, only as we stayed 3 days - we observed that the breakfast repeats every alternate day. May be if you can have more options/ varieties for breakfast..."

"Our room was great compared to the Days Inn by Wyndham in Morristown TN. That place was a dump, nothing like this hotel. Was 8s perfect no but it was 4 stars out of 5. Bed was comfortable & clean, bathroom in good condition, had body wash, shampoo and lotion available & a working tv, microwave, iron & board. We left it happy & made it to our son's wedding on time! Yay."

"Clean rooms Nice staff Quiet "

"Hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful, but parking was a nightmare. We had 2 vehicles and were in and out of the parking garage several times. Every time we left or came back there was some issue that kept one of us from either entering or exiting. Staff was excellent in trying to resolve the issue, but we lost lots of time trying to straighten it out. "

"Common areas look great. Rooms are in bad need of repair."
