"I loved the property The staff was so kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better honey/baby moon. Everything was easy to book. Everyday between turn down service and morning service was great. That always made sure we are comfortable and everything was clean. It is expensive the restaurants and parking ( especially if you are staying on property) I would go back again. "

"Booked this trip many months ago. The resort is currently being renovated and a the main restaurant is closed. Our room had been refurbished and was very nice. The pool is huge, however, sections of it were closed due to the construction. Rooms were serviced every other day. Towels and coffee etc. needed to be requested. Paper cups were supplied for coffee, but no drink glasses or wine glasses. The resort is a beautiful spot and would like to come back sometime and hopefully when the work is...

"Our stay was during the wildfires which was tragic. However I have encountered such a professional staff. They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. There was enough food for guests, charging stations and a lot of helpful information communicated throughout our stay. "We were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was great! However, instead of a sofa sleeper, we had a "chair" sleeper, which was very uncomfortable for my grandson. It was very rough and needed some type of mattress cover/pad, not just a sheet. Also, it would be nice if there was another less expensive breakfast option other than Starbucks. The dining options are quite expensive for children, who don't eat enough to warrant those prices. Is there some type of schedule that lists the events,...

"Everything is perfect. My only complaint is there is nobody that cleans the bird poop off of the chairs come on people, nobody wants to sit in bird poop!! "
