"The staff both at reception and the bar/restaurant are exceptional. They cannot be faulted for their attitude, nothing was an issue, they went out of their way to make our overnight stay comfortable. The room is modern and minimalist but comfortable. With an underground carpark at 18 euros per night, the hotel is close enough to the airport to use taxi’s."

"Nice clean organised Hotel - Breakfast excellent - plenty of staff on reception and found them all to be very helpful Young lady on seperate tour desk is not happy in post. No smile, poor information and poor eye contact. "

"Overall a very pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully come back in the future if we get to visit Portugal again. My highlight of the visit would definitely be the Spa facilities. The outdoor pool was lovely, and very attentive staff, even offering complimentary fruit and drinks. "Great apartments in a central location. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of storage. There were 2 large bathrooms also one off the hallway and one ensuite off the master bedroom. Off the lounge area there was access to the balcony with a table with seating for 6 there was also a table inside with seating for 6 for when it was too hot to sit outside. "Perfect location to the best attractions incl the famous Pointe de Piedade and most gorgeous beach Praia D Ana. Staff was incredible!!! Rooftop restaurant was amazing! Will definitely come back. "

"Rooftop patio for tapas, drinks or dinner was lovely. Breakfast was incredible! So many options. Beds very comfortable and nice balcony. Bathroom large and spacious. However there was black mold/mildew along seams of walk in shower where glass meets the shower floor. Long hallways to room are not air conditioned so very stuffy in halls and near eievators. Hotel high up at top of hill so not ideal for anyone to walk to or from if mobility challenges. "
